Supriya Khedkar

I am a Microbiologist, part of Aswin Lab for more than a year now working as a CSIR Junior Research Fellow. I work on cytosine methylation in bacteria specifically trying to look at its effect on the bacterial genome. Currently I am busy solving the genome jigsaw puzzle: assembling the Staphylococcus aureus whole genome!
